We spent the better part of this weekend doing some last minute prep on our stands.  Some of the stands needed a little more trimming on the shooting lanes.

If you haven’t finished up your tree stands for this coming season time is running out.  Normally, these stands would all have been hung this past spring, but we had a few more to hang to adapt to the drought this year.  We also over seeded some of our drought stricken beans with brassicas.  I checked today on Accuweather and it looks like we got some precipitation in southern Iowa.  If the brassicas take (which they should), it will be a good season!!!
